First Choice Armor

First Choice’s warranty obligations are limited to purchasers. For a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, First Choice warrants this ballistic panel against defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect exists, or if a ballistic panel is damaged while on duty during the five year warranty period, First Choice will replace, repair, or refurbish the product free of charge. These are your exclusive remedies.

FIRST CHOICE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF FIRST CHOICE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
